Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your THJUCE apparel. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
- Innerwear and items sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened.
How to Request a Return
Email THJUCEE@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return. Include clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong.
Exchanges (Size or Fit)
For a size exchange, request within the return window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI you provide.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping. For size or preference returns, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
