Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how THJUCE ships apparel orders across India.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 3 to 8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may offer free shipping above a set order value from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email or SMS.
Cash on Delivery
COD may be available in select pin codes. Availability is shown at checkout.
Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or events beyond our control. We will help track and resolve any delay.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
